📑SྂUྂMྂMྂAྂRྂYྂ:

In Student result management system, it allows the students to search and view their exam results with their register number. Also, the students can able to view the various notices and announcements posted by the institution management in the portal. The Admin user has the most privileges in this system and can add, view, update and delete the students, classes, subjects, subject combinations, declare or edit exam results, post/delete notices.

INTRODUCTION:

The Students Result Management System is a web-based application designed to help educational institutions manage and organize student results effectively. It provides a platform for entering, storing, and managing student results, generating reports, and analyzing performance. The system is built using PHP as the server-side scripting language and MySQL as the database management system.

FEATURES:

• User Registration and Login: Admins can create accounts for students and enable login to the system to access result-related features.

• Result Entry: Admin can enter student results, including marks or grades, for each subject.

• Result Management: Admins can manage student results, including adding new students, updating results, and deleting records.

• Result Analysis: The system provides tools for analyzing student performance, such as generating reports.

• Notification System: Users receive notifications for important updates, such as result publication or changes.

• Class Management: Admins can manage classes, departments, assign subjects, and organize student records by class.

• Security: The system ensures data security and integrity, with role-based access control to prevent unauthorized access.

FUNCTIONALITIES:

Admin:

• Summarized Dashboard

• can add/update Class

• can add/update Subjects

• can add/update/ Active/Inactive Subject combination with class

• can register new student and also edit info of the student

• can declare/edit result of a student.

• can add/delete the notice.

• can change password

Students:

• can search and view their results using valid rollid.

• can also view the notices and announcements.
